CMI will provide you organization with a training session(s) on the topic of Workplace Bullying. The training curriculum will provide participants with the necessary awareness, content knowledge, and skills to help foster staff development and mutual respect when exploring issues of difference in the workplace. These aspects include, but are not limited to:
- Content knowledge regarding issues of bullying and harassment, as well as the applicable terminology.
- Participation in experiential activities that enhance self-knowledge, team-building, and awareness of racial and sexual harassment in the workplace.
- Historical context of harassment in the workplace in the United States.
- Learning and enhancing skills related to intervention, prevention and ongoing support for all staff.
