Building Better Parent Involvement

Few would disagree as to the benefits of a community-family-school partnership approach to education. However, parents and schools alike still struggle with its successful implementation and sustainability. Schools, Parents and districts find it challenging to identify the time, resources and best behaviors needed produce positive outcomes for their children and school community.

Our Building Better Parent Involvement Training is designed to assist schools, school districts and parents in building welcoming environments that foster positive cultures around parent and community engagement.

Our training also examines the benefit of positive support systems for children. Many children especially in our urban school districts are faced inhibiting barriers to education that include language, poverty, deteriorating neighborhoods, lack of exposure and more. And while some children come with an innate resilience to these barriers, most rely on some internal and/or external support system to assist in their life journey. Our training guides participants through various ways of creating better support systems for greater educational outcomes.
